Hotel Reservations Manager
HotelCompas is a leading airline service provider for flight disruptions and crew accommodations. We have representative offices in three countries: Russia, Türkiye and China. We work with 20+ airlines.
Area of responsibility:
- Acceptance and processing of hotel reservations for aircraft crews.
- Providing timely and high-quality customer service.
- Working with reservation systems and databases.
- Cooperation with hotels and providing clients with the best accommodation options.
What do we expect from a new employee:
- Negotiation skills
- Responsibility and attention to detail.
- Russian language C1
- English language not lower than B2
